Have you heard of the notion of tying a ribbon around your finger to help you remember something? Well, this save the date will certainly help your guests remember your special event — without any string on their own fingers.

Click here for a PDF in varying skin tones. Just print it off and follow the steps below for a memorable save the date. To personalize it, you can print your details and glue it to the back or double-side print it.

Materials:
X-acto knife
Ruler
PDF pattern
Hole puncher
Twine

Step 1: Using an X-acto knife and ruler, cut your image. The PDF has crop marks to make it easier to see.

Step 2: Hole punch either side of the pointer finger. I used one with a very small opening.

Step 3: Insert the twine through the holes and tie a bow.

Voila!

Your guests will be sure to remember the date of your special event. Enjoy!
