I've been to about 25 weddings now, 4 times as a bridesmaid. Over the years, though I've never wanted to get married myself, I've collected ideas that I've liked from all the weddings that would add up to a super party. I must say, your wedding had some great features. That ride is right on and the cake looks so fun! Congratulations!

OMG! so lovely. ...it reminds me of my grandparents. MY grandpa was a carnie & operated the Ferris Wheel. My grandma was at the carnival with her brother, they got on the Ferris Wheel; my grandpa was so smitten that he did not let her off until the carnival closed. Needless to say they were married... Congratulations on your marriage. The thing I like about a handmade/ homemade wedding is that you can really make it your own. I think it's great the way people are really getting into doing that these days. I wish I had thought about that when I got married 32 years ago. I think that's what really makes it so special is that you've made it your own. I love that cake it's so pretty!
