The menu for your wedding can often go forgotten or unnoticed. Make sure it takes center stage by placing it in plain view with this simple tent fold menu template. We’ve provided a few color options to ensure ultimate color coordination.
Materials:
PDF template (free download in Step 1)
Scissors or x-acto knife
Cutting board
Tape
Step 1: Download the free PDF template by clicking on the color you prefer. Options include: beige, gray, blue, pale blue, pale pink, pale yellow and purple.
Step 2: Bring the template into your program of choice. Microsoft Word should do the trick.
Step 3: Insert your text into the empty space on the template.
Step 4: Print out the desired number of copies.
Step 5: Cut out around the perimeter of the template, including the two tiny lines at each end.
Step 6: Fold down the line separating the white space from the image.
Step 7: Fold down the middle of the paper.
Step 8: Connect the two sides together by joining the two tiny slits.
Voila! You’re done!
Enjoy your simple and fast menus!

Very nice-I had an idea- we could print out different colors for vegetarian menus, vegan menus, people with allergies, and non vegetarian menus. That way it will speed things up and avoid mistakes by waiters. At my brother's wedding, his vegetarian friend from India did not get his vegetarian dinner and was too polite to say anything. My brother found out when he asked him hours later if he liked his dinner. I think this nice template would of worked perfect.

Fantastic! I got married 20 years ago & did most of the table dressing, invites etc myself - back then it was thought to be 'cheap' to do it that way but I loved being creative - the world is for the taking now! Good luck all xx

Very nice idea. There are so many DIY brides now. Having a resource to print your own menus is a great addition to help our brides. I've added this to our facebook resources for our contacts. I hope you guys do more of these.

You can convert the file from a pdf to word document simply by using an online converter. My issue is - how the heck do I get a text box to flip upside down?

Heidi Freeland says:
@crystal bright! This is my favorite converter. Once you open it in word just add text boxes and type away! https://www.pdftoword.com/

For those who may be having trouble... I just played around with this template today for my upcoming wedding menu- and yes, it is an adorable template!! :) What I did to make this work was save the PDF (don't try to save it as a Word doc- comes out horrible), on the keyboard press ctrl + print screen to grab a copy of your screen's image. Open the program Paint and paste the image so you can crop it out. Open your web browser and go to pixlr.com (or any image editor you like- this one is free and easy!). Upload your image and select the text option and type your menu in one of the many fonts they have available. Save that image then rotate it in any program and save a second copy. Open Word and insert both images (the right side up and upside down images accordingly) and viola! Yes, it does sound like a tedious process, but it really wasn't! If anyone has any better ideas/tips please share for those having trouble! Hope that helps guys and gals!
