While Christmas might be over (booo!) there’s no need to put away the sequins and sparkle ~quite~ yet because there’s another excuse to get yo’ glam on just around the corner: New Year’s Eve party fun times (yay!). ?

If you’re still planning your NYE party outfit and want to stand out from the crowd, vintage and/or handmade garms are surely the way to go. Cos ain’t no one got time for any awkward party dress twinning moments… ?

To get you inspired, we invited top UK fashion blogger Megan from Pages by Megan and her two best gal pals (who also happen to be bloggers, worra the chances?! ?) – Carmen from Maiden of Wood and Abbie from Fashion Tatt – to pick their favourite party pieces from Etsy UK sellers.

Blogger fave, photographer Amber-Rose snapped their style on a typically rainy afternoon in London. Seriously, it LEGIT rained solidly for approx 835908690 hours – but that didn’t dampen spirits – or the style factor – lookit, and prepare to get the party started:

Megan

Megan went for a modern twist on 60s style with her Victoriana-inspired swingin’ mini dress, suede vintage coat and made-to-measure silver Space-Age boots, tying everything together with blue hues:

Carmen

Carmen’s vibes were black, gold and BABIN’ all over with her glam nod to the 90s (even though the dress was actually a 60s style). BTW we’d kill for that vintage suede designer jacket of DREAMS…

Abbie

We’d call Abbie’s look boho chic as she went for a statement 70s suede patchwork skirt paired with pieces in black plus chunky gold hardware. We’re particularly in love with that beaut vintage bag… ?

Hi there, we'll be spending an evening with friends who also have children, a family affair. I'll be wearing 1940s reproduction clothing from my shop. A tartan swing style skirt with stunning pockets (I love pockets), a lovely cotton knit top, and pointy two tone shoes. It's comfy and smart looking all in one, not too dressed up, but just dressy enough to not be casual. Happy New Year to you all! I absolutely love ETSY! Wishing you another fantastic year! Love, Jess x
