Kat Molesworth is a Mama, blogger and handmade magpie. She blogs at Housewife Confidential and was formerly Bambino Goodies features editor where she regularly featured her favourite Etsy finds. Kat is also the founder of Blogtacular the UK’s first conference for creative bloggers.

Blogtacular is being held on May 9th and 10th at the Royal Institution of Great Britain in London. The conference is set to become a cornerstone of the creative calendar and has sessions on photo styling, design, branding and going from blog to book to name just a few. Tickets are available now and you can catch up with the Blogtacular community during their weekly Wednesday night Twitter chat.

I think I have dreamed about being a guest curator since I first discovered Etsy back in 2007. For me Etsy is a place to both discover wonderful products and to be inspired creatively. I love the wealth of choice and being able to directly support indie makers in their work. I follow the blogs and social media of many of the shops I have bought from which gives me a genuine connection to the people behind the shops. Narrowing my choices down from the thousands of items on my wish list has been tough, I hope you enjoy them!

Kerry at Seventy Tree created one of my all time favourite prints – her yellow Smile print hangs beside my desk and reminds me of the joy of photography. I am very much hoping her Bright hearts print turns up on my birthday next month.

1. Smile Print, 2. Bright Hearts Print, 3. Big Bear Print all by Seventy Tree

Wild Things Funky Little Dresses are hands down the best dresses ever made. My youngest daughter has a couple of her dresses which she adores – I have to admit to being quite jealous of her!

1. Kite and cloud dress, 2. Fox dress, 3. Lion costume all by Wild Things Dresses

Butterscotch and Beesting perfectly capture the faded glory of the circus for me. I love the contrasting colours and detailed scenes in her work.

1. Circus Night print, 2. Teacup and Saucer, 3. Circus Triangles Cushion Cover all by Butterscotch and Beesting

I love playful jewellery and these pieces from Ladybird Likes are top of my wish list right now.

1. Diana Mini Camera Necklace, Bird Collar Clips, Vintage Fashion Brooch all by Ladybird Likes.
