Meet & Make is a series of hands-on creative community events hosted each month by partner organizations, with support from Etsy. For our August roster, join in the creative fun and learn how to make moss art in San Francisco (August 8), try your hand at making stencils in Los Angeles (August 1), and create felt cards in San Jose (August 2). Time to craft away!
Fiber Salon in San Jose: Felt Notecards
Join SF Etsy member Armani Mondragón to make felt notecards at this month’s Fiber Salon. Not only does Armani believe in art and color, but she also believes in the beauty and power of the written word. With these notecards, all three come together. Upcycle index cards with felt, decorative papers, and perhaps even a few designs inspired by the current New York Beauty quilt exhibit. Your finished notecard will not just inspire you to bring pen to paper, but also inspire magic to come for those who receive these thoughtful, handmade messengers.
RSVP required through Eventbrite. Space is limited.
