I don’t know about you, but February is my cooking bugaboo. After January’s manic seesaw between healthy fare and warming winter comfort food, my recipe repertoire is tapped out. Instead of detonating the takeout option, I’m going to take this month to audition some new meals and treats. Here’s a few that have been catching my eye.

    Scrumptious and nourishing! It is so wonderful to come in from the cold and sit down to a warm, home-cooked meal. It's looking grey outside--it's rainy season here--but the brightly coloured food on the plates can instantly cheer one up. Thanks for rounding up these recipes.

    Mmmm, too delicious, January is a great time to experiment with heart-warming recipes and these all look fantastic. Just made the root vegetable soup posted last week and it was super, all the richness and creaminess without the calories, Love It!
