“Basically I saw him playing in Chicago when I was traveling around America and instantly fell in love with his music and thought our styles matched really well. I contacted him and showed him my work and asked if he wanted a music video and it just kind of went from there. We also met up in Brighton when he played, but it was all mainly done via e-mail. It was a labour of love because his music is pretty much my favourite of all time. I had complete artistic freedom on the piece which was really nice and we’re getting a lot from it. It should be premiering on MTV2 in the UK in the next month or so, hooray!”
