We are Milda and Karolis – lovers and colleagues, perfectionists and dreamers. Feel Felt is our line of wool felt and leather device cases. We are based in Lithuania, a small country in the Baltic States.

Feel Felt was born just before my twentieth birthday – I got a new a laptop and wanted a case to protect it from scratches, so I started sketching designs. Then on the morning of my birthday, Karolis surprised me with a wool and leather case, which he had made based on my sketches. After receiving lots of compliments from friends and strangers, we borrowed some money from our family and started designing and producing more products.

Karolis and I were born and raised in small towns, but we currently live in an urban environment. We are passionate about matching natural fabrics with shapes inspired by the concrete jungle, and all of our fabrics are made here in Lithuania. We strive for perfection and focus on attention to detail in all of our pieces – even our smallest laptop case has 186 knots that are tied by hand. We also make personalized cases according to our clients’ needs.

With Etsy’s help, we’ve had a really successful start. So far, we’ve managed to build up a roster of important contacts and become a part of a creative and inspiring international community of designers. We’re proud to be doing work that inspires others, as well – Karolis’ mother was so excited when she saw our hand-crafted products that she decided to open her own shop!

Our aim for the future is to continue growing personally, as well as business-wise. At the moment, we are preparing a new S/S 2015 collection, and we are thinking about going on a business trip to the US to meet boutique owners and other entrepreneurs who are interested in collaborating with us. We hope to eventually work on Feel Felt full time and establish a workshop where we could create, design, and share more Feel Felt masterpieces with our beloved clients.
