Of all the jewelry I own, the pieces I cherish most are the ones that have been given to me. And, of course, I also love being on the giving end of gifts, whether it’s jewelry I’ve made myself or pieces from other amazing Etsy shops. With the (soon approaching!) holidays in mind, here are some of my very favorite jewelry pieces in lots of styles. Hope you enjoy!

Some may consider mixing gold and silver two a fashion no-no, but I personally love wearing them together. Side by side, the contrast emphasizes the beauty of both.

I’m often drawn to brass because it’s a more vintage-feeling alternative to gold. Even brand new brass jewelry tends to feel like an already well-loved piece.

There’s so much beauty in nature that it’s easy to see why so many designers look to it for inspiration. I love the huge range of interpretations, from the most literal designs to the most abstract.

Color me pretty: colorful jewelry can liven up an outfit (especially if you wear a lot of dark colors like I do). I’m really into pieces that feature an entire color palette. Also, it’s fun to try putting together an outfit based on a piece of jewelry, instead of the other way around!
